I was very impressed especiallywith the staircase. He was very knowledgeable in the subject matter of removing and installing any type of flooring. They completed the job within 2 days. They come into your home ready to complete the job and no time wasted. He was far the most reasonable priced as far as installing the vinyl flooring. Leaving a gap. Then we were very surprised at his lack of professionalism, he was often yelling, using profanity, stomping in and outside while on the job. He was not aware of tracking the dirt, and tile Mudd through-out the house. Sat on a white chair and left a mess on the carpet below from his boots which we had to scrub with a carpet cleaner to remove! He had to modify the 2x4s behind the backboard due to previous damage unseen but did not show us the work he did or discuss ahead of time about pricing changes."
